Greetings! How's weekend? I simply love it! Turned down my friends who were suggesting to go town to stay home on a Saturday to catch up on my sleep til late afternoon followed by a random dinner at Sushi Tei Paragon with my sis and aunt. Totally love chilling and relaxing after a hectic week of work. And, apologies to Joanna for not coming down to paddle with you on Sat. I tried my best to wake up but my body refuses. Oh no.
So here am I blogging away on a Sunday night, after a movie date with AhMeng. Watched she's out of my leauge. Not too bad but I prefer Karate Kid. If only I'm younger, I would prolly fall in love with Jayden Smith. He is so damn cute I swear. Oh wait, it's Daddy's Day today! So my sis and I treat my dad and mum to Bak Kut Teh at Chong Boon Food Centre. The food is really nice and we are bound to go back again, right right?
Anyway, I got selected to work shift from July onwards, which is a rare opportunity considered that I only worked for 3 months. Normally it takes 6 months for one to get promoted to shifter. But I declined due to school reason, yes I even send my lesson timetable to the HR and there is no way I can compromise my schedule. I know I will get $300 more every month once I become a shifter but I can't work night shift and midnight shift cos it will clash with my school timetable. Hence I will only be starting shift in August after my bridging exam as I will be having holiday then til my actual 2 years full time degree commence in Sept.
It's the World Cup now and everybody is like going maniac over the unpredictable result this year, including my bro and sis. And I can't even get a seat for god's sake at the Serangoon Mac when I merely went there for supper, not for World Cup obviously. I haven't watch a single match since it started more than a week ago as I'm not a soccer fan and I'm not even trying to be one. BOO!
Okay, I'm over my iPhone. Ya as if. Fuck you bitch for stealing my phone. FUCK YOU FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOU! Got to go to bed now. Working at 7am shift for this coming week. Damn it.
