Maybe two is better than one
life should be filled with ice-cream, good movies and wonderful company.
Happy 21st Chor Liang! After which, drove around downtown in a 7 seater car which my classmate had rented and my friend hit the curb with a loud bang when she makes a turn. it was so scary please. And after the celebration, my classmate's parents drove us home!
And come Wednesday, it was dinner with AhMeng at Serangoon. Thanks for travelling the distance for me, knowing that I'm so exhausted from work. Tsk! hang out late at the Chalet the previous night what. Haha.
And Thursday, met up with team mates for dinner at Marche 313 somerset. It was a great catching up session, and of course, what is fun without gossips? Haha. Seriously I miss the times paddling and training together with them. It's the kind of bonding among the girls team that is built over the 3 years that no others can understand.
Moving on to Friday, it was well spent sleeping at home. I'm so glad that this day is a public holiday as I really need a day off from work to rest and replenish my energy. Sleep in til late afternoon and dinner was dining out with AhMeng at Bukit Timah Mad Jack followed by Island Creamery! Yums Yums! I'm missing the ice cream already.
Actually working on a Saturday morning is not that bad after all. Maybe I'm getting used to it already. Met up with girlfriends at town after work, good thing is that my workplace TPY is so near town! Saw Heni working at Taka and she gave us some free make up essence / water sleeping pack / mask / cream from LANEIGE! Maybe I should start taking care of my complexion ha. It was Ajisen Ramen for dnner followed by Sex and the City 2 at night. It's a damn good show, and I highly recommend it.What can I say? IT'S REALLY AN AWESOME WEEK! Though it's tiring at the end of day, it's all worthwhile I'd say. Be it with Secondary School friends, Poly friends or team mates, life is never bore with friends around. Hell yeah managed to meet up with most of them this week after work!
Despite my already hectic schedule, my bridging class in SIM will be starting in 1st June. Seriously I can't wait to go back to school! Will be seeing many farmilar faces and shall be classmates once again! So for this 2 months, I'll be working from 8.00am to 5.30pm and attending school from 7.00pm to 10.00pm (4 times a week). Fred not my friends, I will still be free on weekends I promise! Come August when my class starts in morning, I hope UOB will be flexible to accomodate my studies.
To get a UOL Banking and Finance Degree with 1st class honour in 2 years time is what I am going to aim, target and achieve. So, let's just be discipline alright. Will prolly go running tomorrow, hopefully!
Ciaos.

It's all about you
Dedicated to you, with love.
18.05.10
HAHAHAHAH!!! Okay, ignore the above paragraph. It doesn't makes sense anyways.
I know I'm kinda late in posting (late is better than never), but thanks people for all the birthday wishes and to my irreplaceable group of friends - DLACKY. Thank you Dolly, Annis, Joanne, Chia Yee and Laoni. I love the card that you made for me, the polariod camera, the cake that you design, the celebration, and most importantly, your presence. I love y'all.
To Ah Meng, thanks for your share for the COACH Wallet, I love it. Don't worry I love you more than COACH (if you believe). Hehehe. I'm just joking! I love you boyfriend!

Time waits for no man
OH OH OH! Did I mention that I'm transferred to Toa Payoh permenantly from tomorrow onwards? As Toa Payoh is for shifter, meaning if you work night / midnight shift, then you will get to work in Toa Payoh as UOB call centre is operating 24 hours. While Alexandra is for normal office hours. I hope I get to work shift soon so I'll get more allowance! I am so glad that I no need to wake up so early everyday now. A single bus trip of 20 min to Toa Payoh compared to a bus-train-bus trip of 1 hour 15 min trip to Alexandra, I couldn't wish for more already. Now I can sleep more and save on transport fare (which is really a killer I swear). More food choices also yay!
Work aside, I have accepted the offer from SIM, BSc Banking and Fincance. Yeah I know, many had asked me to re-consider with my result. I mean, it takes only 2 years to complete my degree and most of my classmates with GPA above 3.5 are going into SIM as well, so why not? Most of all, I can also save alot on my school fees, which I can even barely afford myself. Hell no I'm not taking a single cent from my dad and mom. So my mind is made up, I have already paid for the bridging courses, which starts next month. Hell yeah my salary for the first month has all gone to pay for my school fee. I have no choice but to work full time and give tuition after work. No one likes to work so hard, trust me. It's not for money, but education.
Alrightey, I don't have much wishes for my birthday. I just hope that my dad and family stay healthy, and a gathering with girlfriends. Shall stop here for now. I'm seriously running late already, Meng and I are going for Buffet later for my advance Birthday celebration! If time allows, prolly going to Sentosa. Someone brings me to the RWS can? It sucks to be underage. Oh wait, I am young, not yet 21.

Work is as boring as hell
Anyways, caught a few good movies over the past 3 weeks. I must say, Ip Man 2 is really an awesome show, that I downloaded Ip Man 1 to watch after watching Ip Man 2. Besides this, Monga is really nice as well. Because there is Ruan Qing Tian lol. Oh! Kick Ass and Bounty Hunter are pretty good shows too! And, please don't watch Shutter Island cause it suck big time. Will prolly catch Iron Man 2 this weekend!
Went to pub last week at the M Hotel, really nice ambience and great company most importantly. Had stayed-over last weekend as well followed by Mac Breakfast on Sunday Morning! Man oh man, I missed having Mac Breakfast in school with classmates, especially.
That's all folks. Going out for my dinner now! Looking forward to dinner at Sushi Tei tomorrow. Loves Friday.
